Beavers Marshall Named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week in Volleyball
(September 1, 2014, 6:15 pm) CORVALLIS, Ore. Mary-Kate Marshall is the first Pac-12 Freshman of the week for the Beavers since senior Arica Nassar earned the spot Oct. 31, 2011.

After finishing her first weekend of collegiate volleyball with 51 kills and helping her team to a sweep of the Utah State Invitational, Mary-Kate Marshall was named the first Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the 2014 season.

Gaels Dump Lady Beavers, 4-2
(August 31, 2014, 5:40 pm) CORVALLIS, Ore. Freshman midfielder Kayla Latham and sophomore midfielder Sabrina Santarossa scored their first career goals for the Beavers.

The Oregon State women’s soccer team outshot St. Mary’s 14-10 and had a 5-4 edge in corner kicks, but the Beavers fell 4-2 on Sunday at Lorenz Field.

Oregon State Blanks UCF to Win Portland Nike Invitational
(August 31, 2014, 5:38 pm) CORVALLIS, Ore. The Beavers head to Wisconsin this week for two weekend games, seeking a 3-0 start.

Senior forward Khiry Shelton’s second goal in two games gave Oregon State a 1-0 victory over UCF at Lorenz Field on Sunday.

Mannion Rallies Oregon State Past Portland State, 29-14
(August 31, 2014, 7:00 am) CORVALLIS, Ore. An opening-day crowd of 40,309 saw the Beavers (1-0) parlay five second-half turnovers into 16 unanswered points to erase a 14-13 halftime deficit.

Senior quarterback Sean Mannion ran for one touchdown, passed for another and threw for 328 total yards on Saturday to lead Oregon State’s 29-14 victory over Portland State at Reser Stadium.

Oregon State Beats Idaho State; Beavers Marshall Named MVP
(August 31, 2014, 6:02 am) LOGAN, Utah Finishing the weekend undefeated, the Beavers took home the Utah State Invitational Championship, winning nine of their 11 sets.

The Oregon State volleyball team (3-0, 0-0 Pac-12) dismantled the Idaho State Bengals (1-2, 0-0 Big Sky) Saturday afternoon with a 25-15, 25-9, 25-23 sweep.

Lady Beavers Down Utah State in Five Sets
